Nomas is the greek word for Nomad. The name was inspired by the astonishing route the Assyrtiko grape has followed, from Santorini and Crete initially, to northern Greece and Peloponesse. Our Assyrtiko is produced from new and very old vines planted in medium altitude vineyards. The result is a wine with sharp acidity and minerality wrapped with mild lemon and stone fruit aromas
